Alison Penn

20 years experience of delivering consultancy, research and training for both the statutory and voluntary sectors and specialising in health, social care and community development.

Penny Kocher

20 years experience of working in the voluntary sector and social policy environment delivering research projects, evaluations, reviews and assessments. Skilled in a variety of interview techniques including life history interviews, and a specialist in focus group practice and methodology, Penny has a particular interest in older people and carers, and enabling people to be heard and valued.

Penny has an MA in Social Policy from Brighton University and is a member of the Royal Society of Asian Affairs and the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Society. She is currently editing Lt Col J.A. Hislop’s memoirs of his time in the Indian Army – hislop.bn9.co.uk

 

David Dawkins

25 years experience in market and social research. Specialising in statistical analysis, survey and questionnaire design, data fusion and forecasting techniques. David has also written bespoke statistical software and has a particular interest in employment policies and enterprise potential.

David has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society.
